Commercial Road
Commercial Road is lined with several listed buildings. These include the George Tavern, the Troxy cinema, the Limehouse Town Hall, the former Caird and Rayner Ltd works and the Albert Gardens estate. It feeds into the A13, which is one of the main arterial roads out of the city. For many years, the part of the road closest to the city was home to East London’s rag trade, but now it is home to many city commuters and houses many famous Indian restaurants.
